Are offices and/or meeting rooms available to me as a UNITED VIRTUAL office client?
Yes. You can always call the business center where you have established your virtual presence and book a day office or meeting room. Depending on the package you have purchased you might have 16 hours of meeting room or day office usage included in your plan already. Otherwise, an hourly fee applies.

How are my virtual office phone calls and messages handled?
Should you be unavailable, your virtual office operator will direct your callers to your virtual office voicemail or to your off-site personal voicemail. You can even have your virtual office messages e-mailed directly to you! You'll never miss a message with a United Virtual office.

We can forward calls to an unlimited number of employees or phone numbers at no additional charge. We also include follow-me/find-me solutions where our receptionists will call office lines, cell phones, home office lines, etc. until the desired party is reached. There is also schedule-based forwarding online, so you have the power to control how, where, and when your calls and messages are forwarded. It’s a very simple process that our customer service team will customize with you at set-up.

What happens if I go over my minutes?
Additional live receptionist time is only 1.5 cents per second. And additional automated minutes are only 10 cents. And if you don’t want to pay overage fees, we can always upgrade your package retroactively. We are very flexible that way and will make sure at the end of each month you are on the most economical plan for your usage.

What additional telecommunications costs are there?
Unlike our competitors our base rate is all inclusive. You don’t need to worry about paying more for long distance, toll free minutes, call patching, voicemail, faxes, conference calling, etc. Even the scheduling, order processing, and outbound sales/customer service calls done by our receptionists are included in the base rate. The only additional cost you would ever see is based on call volume.

Or if you’d like additional voicemail boxes, the second box is $29.95 per month, and additional boxes after that are just $19.95 per month. These additional voicemail boxes include personalized phone numbers and can add a dial by name directory to your account.

Are my phone numbers listed in 411?
Numbers can currently not be automatically listed in 411.

We do have 411 numbers in some areas. But most areas do not include a 411 listing. You are, however, able to have the number to be listed in the yellow pages, white pages, online directories, etc.
